Terms, in plain words.
This page covers the basics. It is a summary, not the contract: the binding terms of any project are set out in its own written agreement.
Using this site
This site is informational. Reading it, or sending us a message, does not by itself create a contract or a client relationship. Nothing here is a binding offer.
How an engagement works
Every project runs on a separate written agreement that sets the scope, price, and timeline. We agree that upfront, before any work starts — no open-ended retainers, no scope creep.
What you own
The tool we build for you, its configuration, and your data are yours, on your own infrastructure. We reuse our own generic building blocks to move faster; those remain ours, but what we build for you belongs to you.
Regulated work
Where the law requires it, our tools produce a draft only. A qualified, responsible person reviews and signs the final result. We build to align with the applicable rules, but we do not replace professional judgment or liability.
Confidentiality & changes
We treat your data as confidential and collect only what a project needs. We may update these terms as the business grows; the date below shows the last change.
Cancelling and refunds
If you bought a document, your right to cancel and your right to a working document are set out in full, with the law each one comes from, on the refunds page.
Who we are & governing law
Ordia Automation is an automation-services provider operating from Ukraine. This site and these terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you are a consumer, that choice does not take away the mandatory protections of the law of the country you live in. The binding terms of any specific project are those of its own signed agreement, which prevails over this summary.
