Who is responsible
Ordia Automation provides business-automation services and is responsible for the personal data you share with us — the 'controller' in data-protection terms. We operate from Ukraine.
What this site collects
This site is built to take as little as it can. Every page reads without an account and without telling us anything about yourself. Where we do hold something — a message you send, or the visit count you agreed to — it has its own section below saying what it is and how long it stays. We do not profile you and we sell nothing to anyone.
When you contact us
If you write to us or book a call, we receive your name, contact details, and message. We use them only to reply and to prepare the conversation — nothing else. The legal basis is your own request, and our legitimate interest in responding. We keep this correspondence only as long as needed to help you, then delete it; if a project starts, its own agreement governs the data from then on.
Third-party services
When the contact form is live, submissions reach us through Web3Forms, a form-to-email service that processes your message solely to deliver it to us. The site also fetches daily exchange rates from the National Bank of Ukraine and the National Bank of Poland to show local prices; those requests reveal your IP address to those banks. We use no advertising, social, or cross-site trackers.
Cookies and storage
One cookie, and only if you allow it. `ordia_vid` holds a random number for 180 days so we can tell a returning visitor from a first-time one — no name, no email, nothing shared with anyone. We ask before setting it, refusing costs you nothing, and the Cookies link in the footer changes your answer either way. Separately, and with no cookie at all, your browser remembers three choices locally: your language, light or dark, and your answer to this question. Those stay on your device.
Analytics
Two counts, both ours, neither sold nor shared. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views without storing anything on your device, so it needs no permission. If you allowed the cookie, we also record which page you opened, in which language, and which site sent you — the site’s name only, never the full address you came from — and we delete all of it after 90 days. No IP address, no device fingerprint, no advertising trackers, no cross-site tracking, no profiles.
Data in client projects
Automations we build run on the client’s own computers, so the personal data they process stays local — it does not pass through Ordia and does not go online. We collect only what a project needs and treat it as confidential.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold from your correspondence, correct it, or have it deleted — reach us through the contact section on the main page and we'll sort it out. Consent to the visit cookie can be withdrawn at any moment through the Cookies link in the footer, and withdrawing takes exactly one click, the same as giving it. If you believe we've mishandled your data, you can complain to Ukraine's data-protection authority, the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights (ombudsman.gov.ua), or to the supervisory authority where you live.
