The problem
Every valuation meant retyping the same property data into templates, checking legal requirements by hand, and assembling a long, law-compliant report from scratch. A full working day of careful, repetitive work, where every typo is a liability.
What we built
A tool that takes the property inputs once, applies the valuation rules, and produces a complete draft that follows the legal template. It runs on the expert’s own computer, so no personal data goes online. The document is produced by deterministic code, not AI: the same inputs always give the same result.
